Job Summary
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational financial reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget models while collaborating with Operations to align on KPIs and assumptions. Conduct operational balance sheet reconciliations, analyze initiatives for cost-saving benefits, and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Maintain inventory transactions between FV and Sage, ensure accurate costing, and support inventory reduction initiatives. Develop and enhance ad-hoc reports and financial models to standardize processes impacting cost drivers. Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental procedures, including OSHA Standards, while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to control emotions under various levels of pressures, stress, and fast paced activities
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance preferred or equivalent job experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
