Job Summary
Analyze training needs for pharmacy and parapharmacy teams across Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands in collaboration with managers. Develop, update, and optimize training materials including presentations, modules, and procedures. Plan and coordinate training sessions while delivering individual and group instruction tailored to diverse audiences. Select appropriate learning methodologies to enhance engagement and monitor progress within the Workday competency matrix. Actively contribute to continuous improvement of training content, tools, and operational best practices. Requires perfect Dutch, strong French, and good English; bachelor's degree in HR, Communication, or Pedagogy; minimum three years in L&D; and a valid B license for store visits.
Required Qualifications
- Perfect command of Dutch
- Very good knowledge of French
- Good knowledge of English
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a function within training, coaching, or Learning & Development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
- Familiarity with training and presentation tools such as PowerPoint and LMS platforms
- Organized, independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to regularly visit stores in Belgium
- Valid driver's license category B
