Job Summary
Lead the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at assigned site(s) and drive global operational excellence initiatives focused on process standardization, performance improvement, and waste reduction. Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions to support a high-performance culture and enhance organizational effectiveness. Analyze maintenance and operations data to identify performance, reliability, and cost-improvement opportunities. Conduct audits to ensure alignment with TPM and operational-excellence standards. Develop and standardize best practices, maintenance methods, and SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement
- Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project execution
- Experience with data analysis and visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
