Job Summary
Lead and support factory initiative projects (7S, KAIZEN, QCC, LEAN, 6Sigma, KM, sustainability) and develop new initiative projects to improve manufacturing processes. Determine project specifications, user requirements, safety/ergonomic requirements, and ROI justification; monitor progress, coordinate activities, and resolve problems. Ensure standardization among similar processes across manufacturing sites. Support EMS and EOHSMP to meet action timelines for safety and sustainability, and participate in QMS, EHS, and OHSMS activities (e.g., waste segregation, energy saving, good catch reporting). Identify and report unsafe conditions to safety officers; maintain control of safety-related processes and report incidents. Collaborate with management to implement and promote environmental health and safety aligned with WD regulations. Strong English communication, analytical, project management, and organizational skills; facilitate improvement workshops and cross-functional projects; knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, QCC, 5S, and digital technologies (automation, AI, data analytics, smart manufacturing).
