Job Summary
Conduct training and facilitate workshops on Lean principles, A3 problem solving, 8D event resolution, and visual management to strengthen fuel manufacturing performance and safety. Coach staff through flash meetings, performance plans, and Voice of the Customer initiatives while supporting operating unit implementation of the Master Plan and digital transformation process mapping. Provide reporting on Excellence System rollout, FMEA, and A3 progress while interfacing with the global OpEx network. This role applies continuous improvement tools to optimize critical processes and reduce waste, directly supporting Framatome's mission to power over 38 million North American homes with clean nuclear energy solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Knowledge of related engineering standards, processes, tools, techniques and criteria
- Knowledge of continuous improvement processes, methods and metrics
- Ability to lead, motivate and effect change
- Offers are contingent on background check and drug screen (where applicable)
