Job Summary

Strengthen S&OP processes by integrating sales forecasts, supply commitments, and planning data to build reliable inputs and enhance cross-functional alignment. Own KPI governance and data integrity by maintaining consistent datasets, validating information across systems, and supporting performance reviews. Improve data quality by cleaning, structuring, and analyzing complex information using Excel to distinguish data issues from operational challenges. Turn insights into improvements through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process optimization across manufacturing and supply chain functions. Advance automation and technology by exploring AI applications, contributing to BI dashboard development, and supporting ERP enablement initiatives. Work onsite four days per week in Scarborough, reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • manufacturing or supply chain environment experience
  • practical understanding of how materials, planning, inventory, and operations connect
  • S&OP knowledge
  • ability to use operational data to identify issues, improve processes, and support better decision-making
  • high proficiency in Excel
  • ability to bring together information from multiple sources to clean, structure, validate, and analyze complex datasets
  • ability to spot trends, anomalies, and inconsistencies
  • ability to determine whether looking at a data quality issue or an operational problem
  • ERP or MRP systems experience
  • understanding of the importance of reliable data within manufacturing and supply chain processes
  • practical exposure to AI and automation
  • ability to identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve processes, reduce manual work, or make operational information more useful

Desired Qualifications

  • high-mix or multi-product manufacturing environment experience
  • VBA experience
  • Epicor experience
  • experience with comparable platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
  • Exposure to BI and visualization tools such as Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau
