Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams through operational improvement initiatives to improve efficiencies, quality standards, and safety results. Implement strategies defined in the Manufacturing Play Book to respond to internal and external performance drivers, utilizing lean principles and systems thinking to identify complex processes. Manage key performance indicators and execute strategies to implement an OPEX program that delivers substantive productivity and profitability gains year-over-year. Provide value-added collaboration with operational leaders to ensure prioritization aligns with organizational objectives and oversee cross-functional projects to provide guidance and program management expertise. Develop and track a training program to build OPEX knowledge and skill sets for manufacturing leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations or Business Management or related field
- 3-5 years of Lean/CI/Opex experience
- demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the CI, Quality and Safety functions
- Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Site-to-Site Travel Required
