Operational Excellence Project Manager

Lead the deployment and adoption of new technologies, processes, and operational initiatives across field locations. Develop and manage milestone-driven project plans for operational and technology initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope. Create training materials and conduct in-person and virtual sessions, monitor performance via dashboards, and provide status reports to leadership. Support equipment tracking, SOPs/JLAs, and compliance with policies and regulatory standards while driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Travel regularly across the United States to support project implementation, training, and field operations; serve as a liaison between field operations, maintenance, IT, vendors, and leadership; and facilitate communication to optimize operational performance and customer service.
