Job Summary

Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics by identifying inefficiencies, facilitating root cause analysis, and coaching teams in Six Sigma methodologies. Define, monitor, and report operational KPIs using Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making and margin improvement programs. Lead cross-functional strategic projects from concept to implementation, including production transfers, footprint optimization, and capacity planning, while developing business cases for operational investments. Prepare scalable operational frameworks to support future growth and ensure the organization is ready to scale efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent through experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Improvement or Operations Management
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement projects
  • Project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of lean methodologies, continuous improvement and operational performance management
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Willingness to travel within the ScioTeq Group
