Job Summary
Oversee and coach 5-7 customers on Lean transformations and cultural shifts by implementing QAD Redzone software through 90-day on-site deployments. Facilitate shop-floor huddles, daily vital signs meetings, and remote progress calls to drive action cycles and celebrate wins. Lead process improvement activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage project schedules while tracking performance data and customer uplifts. Provide executive overviews and success assessments to support continuous improvement in Food & Beverage, CPG, and General Manufacturing environments. Requires fluent English and Spanish, senior operations leadership experience, and valid driver's license. Full-time, exempt, remote role with 42 weeks of annual travel across the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Full Time, Exempt, Remote
- required to travel 42 weeks, Monday through Thursday (annually) throughout the United States
- Must be able and willing to transport themselves by means of both driving and flying to customer locations up to 80% as needed
- This role is not available for sponsorship
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Senior Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing environments
- Previous experience working in direct, hands-on manufacturing roles like Operations Manager, Production Supervisor, and/or Continuous Improvement Manager
- Practice using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and its components in driving production results and continuous improvement
- Ability to plan, organize, and function effectively in a dynamic environment, addressing multiple demands of internal teams and clients
- Ability to develop/maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment and excellent assessment skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and to work in a high paced, high growth environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks within active projects to meet critical path deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Tech friendly and comfortable communicating technical requirements about networking, wireless, and software information
- Able to learn software required to perform successfully in this position
- Must be able to provide proof of valid state drivers license
- BA or BS – Relevant fields of study can include but are not limited to: Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management
- 2 years in a similar position, providing direct coaching to business clients
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience and familiarity is desired, but not required
