Job Summary
Conduct strategic transformation projects that deliver measurable business results across global operations by independently leading project modules and workstreams. Develop robust business cases, target operating models, and implementation roadmaps while supporting improvement initiatives directly within operational areas and the shopfloor. Apply Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies to ensure sustainable anchoring of measures through structured implementation, KPI tracking, and capability building. Collaborate closely with on-site managers and employees using state-of-the-art tools in an international, results-driven environment. Requires 3–5 years of consulting experience, business-fluent German and English, and 20–60% travel.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field such as engineering, operations, supply chain or business
- 3–5 years of relevant consulting experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Performance Improvement
- Proven experience in the structured analysis of complex problems as well as in developing actionable solutions
- Responsibility for projects or workstreams across multiple consulting engagements
- Business‐fluent German and English skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Confident communication at all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel (20–60%)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in production‐related or supply‐chain‐adjacent topics
- Practical Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma or comparable operational‐excellence methodologies
