Job Summary
Operational Excellence Manager responsible for owning the ONE CI pipeline and leading a portfolio of strategic and operational projects across Warehouse and Outbound Logistics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with senior leaders, analyze cost performance and reduce inefficiencies, facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders, and leverage data/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to support decision-making. role sits within Warehouse & Outbound Logistics, requiring a strong project-management mindset, stakeholder collaboration, and Lean experience advantageous; university degree in logistics/warehousing/supply chain and 6+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in logistics, warehousing, supply chain or related field
- 6+ years of experience within logistics, warehousing or a similar operational environment
