Operational Excellence Manager

Job Summary
Lead operational excellence initiatives across contract logistics sites by establishing standardized operating procedures, monitoring KPIs, and executing Lean projects to optimize productivity, space utilization, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with business development, commercial, and customer stakeholders to engineer warehouse layouts, build labor and pricing models, and support RFP workshops. Ensure flawless project management and operational readiness during end-to-end implementation of new customer accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in contract logistics, warehouse engineering, or industrial supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse design, capacity planning, cost modeling, and Power BI
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and cross-functional project lifecycles
