Job Summary
Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance overall operational efficiency in our food manufacturing facility. Lead the factory's continuous improvement culture by implementing AFNA TPM reference standards, coordinating training sessions, and facilitating discussions with hourly and management leaders. Own the understanding and usage of key OEE performance indicators to prioritize losses and ensure sustainable root cause analysis. Lead the cross-functional Total Delivered Costs (TDC) program to identify projects meeting annual cost reduction targets and provide appropriate reporting to AFNA leaders. Manage direct reports with clarity, using data and feedback to drive results and develop talent through coaching and succession planning. Requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM, 4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, and strong proficiency in TPM methodology and Lean principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field
- Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of TPM methodology
- Lean principles
