Job Summary
Operational Excellence Lean Specialist responsible for supporting lean transformation and daily management across value streams, including data gathering for KPIs, designing and executing tactical strategies, leading continuous improvement events, conducting Gemba walks, and coaching teams in standard work, flow, takt time attainment, and problem solving. The role involves updating visual performance tools, driving lean initiatives, and ensuring sustained improvements while collaborating with site leaders, departments, and cross-functional teams. Base salary range is $63,100-$90,200. Requires a BS degree in a related discipline and at least 4 years of lean manufacturing experience; WMS/TMS/ERP knowledge and strong communication skills are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of documented world class lean manufacturing/transactional/functional experience
- Experience with distribution, warehousing and/or logistics facilities a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to facilitate group activities using a defined process
- Ability to influence and lead lean culture change
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
