Job Summary
Lead TPM at the manufacturing plant in Philadelphia; drive the TPM strategy and be a key member of the site TPM Steering Committee. Align plant and distribution-center resources with Safety, Quality, Service and Savings priorities; lead the site Master Plan; develop and deploy TPM Pillars; participate as a hands-on operations team member; identify opportunities for continuous improvement; coach teams across levels to improve productivity and eliminate losses; deliver TPM training and support a Loss Analysis culture; participate in the regional TPM Community of Practice and share best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 7 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain environment
- 5 years of experience in CI Systems methodology (OPEX) including TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and/or project management office certified
- Experience in coaching and leading cross-functional teams, especially in productivity efficiency and loss elimination (Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, PDCA)
- Working knowledge of TPM (Operational excellence and lean manufacturing) and HPO principles and methodology (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Visual Management, Kaizen, Organizational Design)
- Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop others and strategically plan for continuous improvement
