Operational Excellence Leader

Job Summary
Develop and execute the company's Operational Excellence strategy across two warehouses and a satellite facility in Northern Arizona. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to standardize processes, eliminate waste, and enhance warehouse, delivery, and inventory performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive route optimization, fleet utilization, and safety initiatives while establishing governance for operational best practices. Analyze performance data to build executive dashboards, conduct root cause analysis, and support labor planning through advanced analytics. Mentor managers in Lean leadership principles and champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, and/or another related discipline
- 3–5 years of operations OPEX experience
- Minimum of 3 years leading warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operation projects
- Experience managing continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities
- Demonstrated success implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience supporting transportation and delivery operations
- Frequent travel between company facilities in Flagstaff, Show Low, and Prescott
- Ability to work in warehouse, office, and field environments
- Occasional evening or weekend work to support operational initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Beverage, food service, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or wholesale distribution experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
