Job Summary
Initiate, moderate, and accompany improvement projects across the order-fulfillment process, with a focus on assembly, while defining productivity measures based on central operations KPIs. Analyze and optimize assembly processes to develop shopfloor management systems and structure internal knowledge transfer from requirement capture to action planning. Support teams in applying Lean methods and solving problems, anchoring these practices permanently on the shopfloor to foster a sustainable improvement culture. This role sits within the Syntegon Technology GmbH in Fellbach, where the team develops and distributes solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, specifically processing oral solid dosage forms like tablets and capsules.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Techniker) oder ein Studium mit Bezug zu Produktion oder Montage
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in der Serienmontage
- fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean- und OPEX-Methoden (z. B. 5S, Kaizen, Wertstromanalyse, PDCA, TPM)
- sichere Beherrschung von Excel
- Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops mit interdisziplinären Teams
- sichere Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen – von der Werkleitung bis zum Shopfloor
- echte „Hands-on“-Mentalität: präsent in der Produktion, hörst zu, denkst mit und gestaltest aktiv mit
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in Identifikation und Konzeption konkreter KI‐Use‐Cases
- Erfahrung mit Power BI
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden und der Lösung auftretender Probleme
