Job Summary
Operational Excellence Intern role focusing on chemical engineering-driven throughput optimization and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include improving carbide yield through documented analysis, qualifying new suppliers for calcium carbide, diagnosing and preventing acetone spitting, acting as Facility Manager with workforce planning and safety-focused reporting improvements, and contributing to CO2 filling and LGC automatic filling projects. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, comfort with AI tools and digital data analysis, and strong analytical and communication skills are required.
