Job Summary
The Operational Excellence Engineer is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations to enhance efficiency, quality, reliability, and scalability. Key responsibilities include leading Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing processes to identify waste and bottlenecks, developing standard work and best practices, providing support to the VP Operations, defining and tracking operational KPIs, building dashboards for decision making, validating improvements using analytical methods, and facilitating workshops. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and over 2 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Systems, Manufacturing, or related field)
- 2+ years of experience in operations, planning manufacturing, or process improvement roles
- Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with operational data
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
