Operational Excellence Analyst

Job Summary
The Operational Excellence Analyst will develop and implement corporate operational excellence strategies focusing on employee engagement and cultural transformation. Responsibilities include analyzing data, tracking performance KPIs, conducting training and mentoring sessions, leading cross-functional teams, and improving communication across units. Candidates should have a degree in engineering and 3-5 years of industrial experience, along with strong facilitation and analytical skills. Proficiency in Lean tools and experience in manufacturing are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 3-5 years industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand workflow/through‐put in a facility
- Solid teambuilding skills
- Experience with change management
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Lean Manufacturing Software
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- Training and/or Certification with Six Sigma
- SPC
- 5‐S
- TMC
- Project Management Facilitation or other quality/process improvement processes
