Job Summary
Senior Operational Excellence role focused on SLA performance and continuous improvement for 1SS portfolio brands within ZALORA Platform Services. Lead operational flow improvements, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions to meet brand and marketplace SLAs across markets. Develop standard playbooks, SOPs, templates, and governance to scale best practices in warehousing, fulfilment, and logistics. Drive cross-functional initiatives such as brand onboarding, market expansion, and service expansion (returns, new fulfilment models) with project scope, timelines, risk logs, and go-live readiness. Apply Lean Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, SIPOC, value stream mapping, 5 Whys) to quantify benefits (SLA uplift, cycle-time reduction, error reduction) and coach stakeholders in structured problem solving. Build strong relationships with portfolio brands (e.g., Nike, Mango, Topshop) and ensure operational readiness at launch with training, KPI baselines, reporting, and escalation paths.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- 3-5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Project Management, E-commerce, SaaS/PaaS, B2B2C logistics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Data-driven decision making
- Lean Six Sigma exposure preferred or demonstrated application
