Job Summary
Maintain registers and document all artifacts related to improvement initiatives while preparing and conducting training sessions to introduce new tools and procedures to stakeholders. Streamline interactions between teams and contribute creative ideas for business improvement, participating in business process mining and automation initiatives. Support the department's mission to achieve operational efficiency through the review and redesign of business processes, leveraging technology and automation. This role is an IEFP Level VI Internship for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, requiring knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Jira. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
- Project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Jira
- Familiarity with ITIL and BPMN
- Fluency in English
- Creative thinker with the ability to present ideas for business improvement
- Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship
