Job Summary
Senior Manager – Claims Management Delivery Lead responsible for owning service performance and leading the end-to-end execution of claims management across pre-assessment, case handling, and final review within the financial services sector. The role drives delivery across KPIs and SLAs, oversees Team Leads/Managers, analyzes MI to identify trends and opportunities, engages clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, and embeds strong controls and quality frameworks while leading change initiatives in a regulated environment. It requires client-facing leadership, strong stakeholder management, and proven experience in regulated financial services claims operations with a focus on performance, quality, and continuous improvement. The role offers a blend of office, home, and client-site working arrangements.
