Job Summary
Operational Control Room Specialist responsible for ensuring smooth logistics flows: allocate resources, machinery, and workstations based on production schedules; monitor and intervene in deviations, maintain overviews of incoming/outgoing orders, and communicate with operations to adjust workflows. Role located in Bleiswijk within a highly automated 140,000 m2 CEVA Logistics warehouse serving Zalando, reporting to the Controlroom Team Lead with day, evening, and night shifts. Requires MBO/HBO in logistics, relevant logistics/production experience, Excel proficiency, and English communication; offers a one-year contract with potential permanent employment, shift allowances, vacation hours, travel allowance, pension, CEVAfit, and access to CEVA Academy.
Required Qualifications
- A completed MBO level 4 or HBO in logistics or a similar field
- Relevant work experience in a logistics or production environment
- Knowledge and skills in Excel
- Professional command of speaking and writing in English
- Flexible attitude to work in shifts
