Job Summary
Operational Controller responsible for maintaining and improving reporting and budgeting processes, analyzing margins and costs, monitoring balance sheet and P&L items, and preparing managerial reports for governance. Key duties include monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, budgeting/reforecasting, internal controls, cross-functional collaboration with accounting and commercial teams, and ensuring effective use of ERP and finance reporting systems. Requires a university degree in a relevant field, IFRS experience, 3+ years of financial analysis or managerial reporting, practical ERP knowledge, and strong English skills. The role emphasizes proactive, independent work and delivering timely, compliant financial insights.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business analytics, or Math
- At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or managerial reporting
- Fluent English
- IFRS experience
- Practical knowledge of ERP-systems, accounting and finance reporting systems
