Job Summary
Deliver industry-leading training across the water operational function by reviewing training needs, developing comprehensive packages, and maintaining course content to future-proof business solutions. Manage the standard delivery of programs through a mix of face-to-face sessions in Durrington and virtual learning, adapting to different learning styles and providing 1:1 performance coaching for learners ranging from new starters to senior staff. Utilize the Microsoft office suite to build competency in various courses and applications while effectively communicating with people at all levels.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in training needs analysis
- Experience in training design
- Experience in training development
- Experience in training delivery
- Understanding of different learning styles
- Understanding of delivery methods
- Awareness of and ability to utilise technology in the delivery of training programmes
- Strong IT skills
- Communication skills using a range of media
- Risk & Compliance
- Understanding of SW industry context
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in approach
- Ability to adapt and adjust to different learning styles
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Confidence to deliver regularly to a variety of new cohorts
- Level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to provide 1:1 performance coaching for learners
- Evidence of identity
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Criminal record check (DBS)
- Verification of employment history for the past three years
- Verification of education history for the past three years
- Successful completion of all pre-employment checks
- Successful completion of security vetting
Desired Qualifications
- CIPD qualification with training focus
- Equivalent relevant experience to CIPD qualification
