Job Summary
Operational Contract Partner to provide end-to-end operational support for procurement, contract management, and related processes. Responsibilities include partnering with the business to solve day-to-day procurement and contract requirements, guiding end-user teams through self-service processes, monitoring work orders and claims validation, and supporting training and continuous improvement initiatives within procurement, sourcing, and contract management. The role emphasizes developing senior stakeholder relationships and delivering operational support to teams utilizing self-service procurement and contract workflows. Based in Wollongong or NSW South Coast offices, with a hybrid work arrangement and travel to regional depots/offices as needed; occasional coordination with teams in Sydney. Strong background in government procurement practices, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-centric approach are required. This is a permanent, full-time role within Transport for NSW's Operational Contract and Resource Management Team. Required Qualifications
- Experience in problem solving within a customer centric environment
- Knowledge of NSW government procurement and contract management procedures
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across project and operational environments
- Background in Procurement, Contract Management, Project Management, Business Management, Education and Training (open to wide backgrounds)
