Job Summary
Indirect Operational Buyer in Budapest responsible for converting PRs to POs, ensuring GCM approval, dispatching POs, managing indirect requisitions with preferred vendors and contract pricing, and supporting supplier catalogs, PIR updates, and contract loading. Collaborates with logistics and site teams, assists Coupa helpdesk with invoice reconciliation, provides weekly procurement KPIs, and guides business users on preferred suppliers, contracts, and compliant procurement channels. Requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of Coupa (preferred), and bilingual English plus Italian/Polish/Hungarian communication. Hybrid work arrangement in Budapest with a focus on indirect procurement processes, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Coupa source to pay platform is a strong plus or similar platform
- Solid understanding of indirect procurement processes and supplier management
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency In Microsoft Office Applications
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Italian or Polish or Hungarian (written and oral)
