Job Summary
Operational Buyer responsible for executing procurement activities in JDE and other transactional systems, maintaining procurement data, expediting orders, and resolving blocked invoices. Collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery for samples and PPAP according to NPI project schedules, creates and validates purchase documentation, manages POs, schedules technical reviews with Engineering/Quality/Suppliers/Category Buyers, maintains data integrity in ERP systems, and resolves invoice discrepancies while ensuring regulatory compliance and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP and JDE
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices
- Intermediate level of English
