Job Summary
Observe and provide an unbiased evaluation of operational processes to verify internal controls are functioning as intended. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas of non-compliance and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with teams to implement actionable recommendations for process improvement and operational excellence. Report to the Operations Supervisor with a focus on compliance and efficiency while maintaining objectivity. Requires ability to stand for prolonged periods and walk throughout warehouse spaces.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrable auditing experience
- solid understanding of operational processes and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- unwavering ability to remain objective and unbiased while conducting evaluations
