Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operational activities for assigned accounts by processing SAP entries for customer orders, purchase orders, and vendor invoices, while ensuring timely reconciliation of warehouse charges and inventory discrepancies. Coordinate shipments, prepare logistics quotations, and support sales members with inventory analysis and forecasting. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and file all paperwork in Docuware and Mezzanine systems. Work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in business, operations, logistics, or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a similar operations environment
- Competency with all applicable Company software, applications, systems and processes (i.e., SAP, Ringi, SharePoint, Overdrive, Mezzanine)
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel
- Occasional evening and weekend work
- Ability to lift up to 10-15 pounds
