Job Summary
Conduct analytics and reporting using SQL/DAX to source data and Power BI to communicate data stories that improve operational efficiency. Develop data-driven insights and deliver small to medium-sized analytics projects independently while utilizing tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Excel. Provide technical guidance to the Business Analytics team, ensure data accuracy through proactive monitoring, and maintain proper documentation of solutions. Adhere to F.N.B. Corporation's risk management and regulatory compliance requirements daily. This role supports the broader Operations team within a leading diversified financial services company serving multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS
- 5 years of job related experience
- MS Excel - Intermediate Level
- MS PowerPoint - Intermediate Level
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SQL or other data related languages in a professional setting
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI or similar
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
