Job Summary
Operational Analyst for MRI Software’s Professional Services. Responsibilities include rolling out centralized scheduling, governance of scheduling practices, regular ad-hoc reporting on resource capacity and project requirements, scheduling project resources, maintaining project statuses and budgets, onboarding new consultants, expediting quotes and invoices, and developing process improvements. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work across cross-functional teams, proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and project-management tools (SuiteProjects Pro, Smartsheet, JIRA, Salesforce), and a willingness to learn and optimize processes in a fast-paced environment.
