Job Summary
Organize and categorize physical and digital files, then scan, upload, and index documents into computer databases. Retrieve requested records, execute and track file movements, and compile documentation packages to support safety and quality approvals for commissioned equipment. Maintain physical and digital system signoffs after validating records are stored in long-term digital locations, while performing routine checks of file accuracy and updating documentation as needed. Work Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., collaborating with on-site Safety, Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams to ensure records are maintained accurately throughout project life cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing and construction
- Knowledge of basic office and administrative software such as MS Office
- Experience working in an office setting
- Previous clerical experience
- Record management skills, indexing systems
- Proficient ability to use databases, electronic document management systems, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Basic understanding of office equipment operation
- Fast and accurate typing capabilities for data entry
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Clear verbal and written skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1st shift 8A-5P; Monday - Friday
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

- Experience working with file-keeping software or cloud storage a plus
