Job Summary
Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and DDAs, identify out-of-balance conditions, and research complex issues. Lead projects, prepare routine accounting reports to support GAAP-compliant financial statements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance/Audit/SOX. Provide input on changes to procedures, mentor less experienced staff, and uphold internal controls and regulatory standards while supporting new business initiatives. Maintain and improve departmental reporting processes (daily/weekly/monthly) and assist in resolving routine inquiries from internal partners and investors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in financial field, OR in lieu of a higher education degree, 4 years of relevant work experience
