Job Summary
Reconcile assigned GL accounts and deposit account balances timely and accurately, identifying out-of-balance conditions, unusual items, and aged entries. Research complex issues and prepare routine accounting reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly departmental assignments, to ensure accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Perform problem resolution, escalate system outages, and communicate with internal cross-functional areas, business partners, and investors to resolve routine inquiries. Update procedures for process or accounting requirement changes and mentor less experienced staff on routine tasks while adhering to Corporate Risk policies and internal control standards.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- 3 years relevant work experience
