Operation Trade Specialist

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for export trade matters, obtaining U.S. government licenses and authorizations to ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, ATF, and OFAC regulations. Identify, counsel, and train stakeholders on trade requirements while administering business activities impacted by these laws. Manage automated licensing tools, maintain transaction data accuracy, and develop procedures for licensing, technology control, and foreign visitor management. Provide regular training to the organization and support domestic and international business travel to the Blacksburg, VA location. This role requires direct ownership of authorization creation and lifecycle management within the Moog Space and Defense Group.
