Lead and supervise the Delivery Associate team to ensure effective daily operations, monitoring activities, performance, and key indicators to identify improvement areas. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports while tracking shipment status to ensure on-time delivery. Handle operational issues, complaints, and escalations promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to resolve delivery-related challenges. Ensure all processes and procedures are followed, providing regular updates and feedback to management. Support associates in achieving performance targets and recommend solutions for identified operational challenges.
