Job Summary
Oversee daily branch operations under the Branch Manager and provide leadership to ensure safety, branch metric performance, and Rental Flow efficiency. Coordinate and direct delivery of quality service, coach staff to improve performance, and support sales and customer service activities including processing quotations, reservations, and contracts. Drive operational effectiveness, cost control, and profitability by ensuring staff training and compliance with the Rental Flow Process; monitor scorecard metrics, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Lead a culture of safety and discipline, motivate and develop personnel, and contribute to world-class service and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of sales and operational experience
- 2+ years supervision and leadership experience
- Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry or related
- Strong motivational and leadership skills
- Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable record
