Job Summary
Control welcome, farewell, and fast track services to passengers per established procedures while preparing daily work plans to ensure uninterrupted operations. Supervise fixtures at service points, resolve malfunctions, and report disruptions, then monitor catering and cleaning to maintain continuity and passenger satisfaction. Make necessary reporting to the Operations Manager to transfer passenger demands and expectations to relevant units, and follow documentation processes including passenger lists and usage reports. Support the manager with performance management, career planning, and training development to guide employee growth. Requires 3+ years of functional experience, advanced English, and MS Office/ERP proficiency. Located at Capital One Lounge (IAD Airport) with a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000.
Required Qualifications
- Upper Secondary Education Graduate
- 3 Years +
- Advanced level of English written and spoken
- Experienced in MS Office applications
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- degree in the field of Business, Economics, or Administrative Sciences
