Job Summary
Coordinate raw material acceptance, transfer, storage, and oil expenditure at CPO Terminals, Farm Tanks, and Bulk Filling sites. Manage ISCC and Non-ISCC acceptance activities, ensuring correct documentation for loading, unloading, and tank yard operations. Monitor operational smoothness for storage, distribution, and disbursement of refinery products while enforcing ISO, HACCP, and safety protocols. Minimize oil loss and contamination, maintain equipment and environmental hygiene, and oversee subordinate discipline and employee development. Submit reports on operational activities to the supervisor and implement corrective actions for system deviations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an assistant manager in a tank farm (palm oil based company)
- Understanding of quality management systems
- Understanding of food safety management systems
- Understanding of feed safety management systems
- Understanding of occupational health and safety management systems
- Understanding of environmental management systems
- Willing to be placed at Tarjun Refinery (South Kalimantan)
