Operation Planner at aPM TerminalsMedPort Tangier responsible for coordinating and optimizing static vessel operations and cargo flow within the terminal. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating vessel operations and cargo handling to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency; monitoring cargo movements, inventory levels, and documentation to prevent congestion; coordinating with internal teams (operations, engineering, customer service) and liaising with external stakeholders (shipping lines, port authorities, regulatory agencies) to ensure smooth cargo operations; identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; supporting continuous improvement practices and adherence to operational standards; and working shifts and weekends as needed. Fresh graduates (2026) with a Master’s degree in engineering, logistics, or related fields are encouraged to apply; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced terminal environment.
