Job Summary
Monitor plant functions, record instrumentation data, and adjust equipment to maintain operating parameters under Control Room Operator direction. Respond to variances by correcting oil, air, heater, steam, or piping issues and perform minor maintenance corrections. Operate trucks, cranes, and forklifts while conducting chemical tests for water and steam systems. Adhere to all site EHS regulations, report hazards, and assist maintenance group in equipment testing. Requires college degree, two years power plant experience, and ability to work rotating day and night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- College or equivalent qualifications
- 2 years experience in a power plant operating environment
- Experience plotting data and maintaining operating records
- Prior experience on computer/microprocessor control system
- Conversational in English
- Ability to work rotating shifts (day and night)
