Operation Master Data Team Leader (OMD)

Job Summary
Lead and manage the Master Data team to ensure high-quality and efficient maintenance of Customer, Vendor, GL, and Hierarchy data. Drive process optimization, team development and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide training and support for new joiners and team members; handle escalations and support issue resolution. Oversee end-to-end master data processes; ensure accuracy and compliance of master data maintenance; supervise data creation, change, and query handling. Collaborate with cross-regional teams and perform other tasks assigned by superior. Knowledge of S4 Hana in Master Data Management is desirable; experience in automation or process improvement preferred. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related areas with at least 2 years of related industry experience; SAP system familiarity; strong communication and analytical skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and office tools; English communication required.
