Job Summary
Hotel Operations Manager at Indianapolis Inn will lead day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team performance, and alignment with financial objectives. The role focuses on directing daily operations, maintaining compliance with brand standards, optimizing service quality and profitability, conducting property inspections, driving guest experience improvements, leading and developing department managers, recruiting and training staff, managing budgets and labor costs, monitoring performance reports, and supporting revenue optimization through effective inventory and operational planning. The successful candidate will collaborate with the General Manager and department leaders to uphold safety standards, regulatory compliance, and exceptional hospitality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive hotel operations experience
- At least 2–3 years in a hotel leadership or management role
- Proven experience managing multiple hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest Services)
- Strong understanding of hotel financials, budgeting, labor management, and operational reporting
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality technology platforms
