Job Summary
As a Maison Ambassador, the Operations Manager supports the Boutique Manager in driving operational excellence and delivering an optimal client experience. Responsibilities include maximizing boutique efficiency through staff deployment and scheduling, acting as the primary operational contact to ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining compliance and security, partnering with stakeholders on implementation strategies for operational manuals, leading continuous improvement across the boutique, enabling effective use of digital tools, supervising projects, coaching and developing the team, leading on the sales floor with regular client engagement, and driving loss prevention and inventory controls. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (any field) and at least 3 years of experience in Retail Management; fluency in English and Thai is required, with Mandarin and/or Russian as an added advantage. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, is expected.
