Job Summary
Manage end-to-end operations for a cluster of residential apartment communities in Chennai, overseeing recruitment, training, reporting, and SLA-based reviews. Directly supervise 10+ facility managers and 10+ sites while ensuring maximum profitability through P&L management and contract renewals. Execute monthly random audits, review daily facility reports for corrective actions, and obtain customer feedback. Coordinate with sales for lead generation and new client acquisition, and liaise with government bodies. Present monthly operation metrics and action item closures to leadership, conduct site visits to exceed client expectations, and manage end-to-end site operations including payments.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Manager – Operations
- Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in Facility Management Services
- Expert in Facility Management Industry
- Facility Management
- Strong knowledge on MEP technical services areas preferred

- Evaluate daily facility reports & take corrective actions
- End to end sites management includes operation and payment
- Work with HR to conduct training programs for key staff's
- Liaoning with government bodies
- 30 to 40% travel is required within Chennai
- B.E (EEE) / B.E-Electrical
