Job Summary
Conduct onboarding and foundational operations training while learning warehouse processes, safety requirements, and workflows. Rotate through multiple warehouse functions, hub operations, and transportation activities to support dispatch coordination and KPI achievement. Participate in data analysis, network planning, and process improvement projects across pickup, transportation, and support functions. Lead assigned operational initiatives during final placement and transition into a permanent leadership-track role upon program completion. This one-year rotational development program includes mentorship from experienced leaders and culminates in placement within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Graduated within the past 12 months or expected to graduate soon
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Desired Qualifications
- Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management, or related majors preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for career growth
