Operation /Logistics Executive

Job Summary
Coordinate daily dispatches, transportation, and final delivery movements while tracking orders, shipments, and delivery timelines. Liaise with logistics partners, transporters, and courier agencies to manage end-to-end logistics, warehouse coordination, and last-mile delivery scheduling. Maintain warehouse records, including stock inward/outward and GRNs, and inspect materials for quality compliance. Optimize routing, loading, packaging, and delivery costs while handling return pickups, replacements, and claims for damaged goods. Prepare MIS reports on delivery status, cost analysis, and inventory levels to ensure adherence to safety, documentation, and compliance processes. Collaborate with Sales, Production, Customer Support, and Installation Teams to maintain strong customer experience during delivery and installation coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree—Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
- 2+ years of logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience (preferably retail, e-commerce, décor, furniture, printing industries)
- Knowledge of ERP/software, Excel, shipment tracking tools
- Strong communication, negotiation & vendor management skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve & meet delivery deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Bhubaneswar & Odisha logistics network preferred
- Language: English, Hindi, Odia (preferred)
